Birla Institute of Management & Technology (BIMTECH) is hiring a Junior Photographer to capture campus life, academic events, conferences, and institutional promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs during campus events, academic seminars, guest lectures, and cultural fests.
• Conduct indoor studio and outdoor photoshoots for faculty profiles, student activities, and institutional publications.
• Set up and manage camera gear, lenses, lighting equipment, and backdrops for various shoots.
• Perform post-processing, color grading, cropping, and retouching using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Maintain and organize a well-cataloged digital photo repository for marketing, PR, and web use.
• Coordinate with social media and marketing teams to produce visual assets aligned with campaign schedules.
• Assist in framing creative compositions to narrate compelling stories of campus life and student achievements.
• Ensure proper care, routine maintenance, and safe storage of all institute-owned photography equipment.
• Follow institutional brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all media outputs.
• Adapt quickly to changing shoot environments, varying lighting conditions, and live event schedules.
