Big Bee Consultant is hiring an Operations Manager for an industrial manufacturing client based in Manesar, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order processing, scheduling, and execution workflows.
• Manage procurement activities and coordinate effectively with external vendors and suppliers.
• Supervise inventory levels, stock auditing, and warehouse management operations.
• Plan logistics, transportation schedules, and dispatch operations for timely delivery.
• Coordinate import operations, customs clearance, and associated documentation.
• Ensure smooth customer order fulfillment and resolve order-related escalations.
• Follow up on client payments and coordinate collection efforts to ensure timely cash flow.
• Lead, train, and manage operational staff to drive continuous process improvements.
• Maintain operational records, generate MIS reports, and manage data within the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across the supply chain.
