BEML Limited is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Trade and Graduate Apprentices for the financial year 2026-27 at its Bengaluru facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured on-the-job technical and operational training under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Assist in assembly, fabrication, and testing operations across manufacturing units.
• Operate standard workshop tools, industrial machinery, and measuring instruments under guidance.
• Perform routine inspection, diagnostic checks, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Support quality control teams by verifying component dimensions against engineering drawings.
• Maintain accurate daily apprenticeship logs, operational sheets, and maintenance records.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations, industrial hygiene, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and shop-floor 5S compliance practices.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Complete scheduled training modules, technical evaluations, and safety assessments throughout the program.
