Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects and operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing and engineering targets.
• Prepare detailed technical and administrative reports for senior management review.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Support quality assurance teams in maintaining high standards of product and service delivery.
• Participate in budget preparation and monitor departmental expenditures.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project lifecycles and operational workflows.
