Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure the timely and accurate entry of employee data, including timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant payroll information, maintaining the integrity of payroll records.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Address employee queries related to payroll, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution of concerns regarding salary, deductions, benefits, and other related matters.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Generate and analyze various payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax statements, and labor cost breakdowns, ensuring they are aligned with financial reporting requirements.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist with payroll tax computations, statutory deductions (e.g., Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.), and submissions to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal tax regulations.</li>
