Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests promptly with a warm, professional attitude.
• Present menus, explain buffet options, and assist guests with special requests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Serve food, beverages, and live grill items adhering to brand hospitality standards.
• Check on dining tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction and meet additional needs.
• Manage table turnover efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Handle billing, process payments, and ensure accuracy in transaction receipts.
• Address guest queries and promptly escalate unresolved concerns to the shift manager.
• Ensure dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
• Collect guest feedback and promote loyalty programs or ongoing restaurant campaigns.
