Auraa Advertising Agency is looking for an enthusiastic Client Servicing Associate to manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate creative campaigns, and ensure seamless delivery of advertising projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and handle routine inquiries.
• Take detailed briefs from clients and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate closely with creative, design, and copy teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Monitor campaign timelines and ensure the timely delivery of all deliverables and creatives.
• Review creative outputs to ensure brand guidelines, accuracy, and client specifications are strictly maintained.
• Prepare status reports, contact reports, and meeting minutes after every client interaction.
• Assist in preparing presentations and pitch decks for campaign strategies and client pitches.
• Track campaign performance metrics and support in compiling post-campaign reports.
• Manage approvals and feedback rounds efficiently between the client and agency teams.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts to expand service offerings.
• Maintain organized documentation, cost estimates, and billing records for all client campaigns.
