Attitude Worldwide is seeking a proactive Hotel Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day property operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to maintain high standards of hospitality and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate workflows across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, actively seeking feedback and resolving guest escalations promptly.
• Supervise hotel staff, organize shift schedules, and manage daily task delegation.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and security protocols across all premises.
• Manage room inventory, check-in and check-out processes, and billing accuracy.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, banquet spaces, and public facilities for quality control.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement immediate resolutions to minimize service disruptions.
• Track daily operational expenses, replenish inventories, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Train and mentor hotel personnel on customer service etiquette and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare daily operational summaries, attendance logs, and performance reports for management.
