Attitude Worldwide is seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations across all hotel departments.
• Coordinate seamlessly between front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain high service quality standards to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Promptly handle guest inquiries, feedback, and operational complaints to resolve them efficiently.
• Monitor staff attendance, daily performance, and adherence to hotel service standards.
• Oversee room allocation, check-in, and check-out workflows during peak hours.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships, supplies, and operational inventory levels.
• Conduct regular briefing sessions and provide on-the-job training for junior hospitality staff.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical workflows to improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational logs and reporting metrics for senior leadership.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and oversee general hotel asset maintenance.
