Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive product walkthroughs and software demonstrations for prospective clients and partners.
• Understand prospective client workflows, requirements, and pain points to tailor product presentations effectively.
• Coordinate with the technology and sales teams to stay updated on the latest platform features and product updates.
• Deliver clear, engaging explanations of technology solutions, platform capabilities, and system integrations.
• Address functional and technical queries raised by prospective clients during live demonstrations.
• Prepare standard demonstration environments, sample data sets, and presentation slide decks.
• Document customer feedback, feature requests, and usability challenges to share with product management teams.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying inbound leads through technical discovery discussions.
• Maintain records of demonstration sessions, outcomes, and follow-up action items in the CRM system.
• Support post-demo handoffs by briefing account executives and implementation teams on client expectations.
• Participate in client onboarding webinars, training sessions, and user enablement activities.
