Operations Lead - Physical AI · Bengaluru

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the physical AI video annotation team.
• Establish rigorous quality assurance workflows to ensure high-accuracy training datasets.
• Monitor and optimize throughput metrics, turnaround times, and team productivity.
• Design detailed annotation guidelines, corner-case documentation, and operational standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits, feedback loops, and calibration sessions with annotators.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to align data labeling with model requirements.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and team shift scheduling.
• Train and onboard new annotators to quickly meet production quality benchmarks.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators and operational health metrics to leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements to reduce labeling errors and operational costs.
