Role Objective

The Plant HR Manager will oversee and strengthen the full spectrum of HR operations at the manufacturing unit. The role focuses on building a high-performing workforce, driving employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, and nurturing a safe, productive, and people-centric workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant-level and support functions
• Develop and implement manpower planning in coordination with functional heads
• Drive smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation processes for new hires
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling
• Build a positive employee relations climate through regular engagement activities
• Ensure fair disciplinary and grievance redressal processes
• Manage time office, attendance, and leave management systems
• Coordinate payroll inputs and monthly processing with finance
