Spring Boot & Core Backend : - Strong hands on experience with Spring Boot - Solid understanding of Core Java concepts - Development of RESTful APIs using Spring MVC / Spring Web - Experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate - Understanding of application configuration, auto configuration, and profiles Database: - Hands on experience with Relational Databases (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL) - Strong SQL and data access skills Engineering Practices: - Build tools: Maven / Gradle - Version control using Git - Unit testing using JUnit / Mockito - Familiarity with basic CI/CD pipelines - Experience in Agile / Scrum environments - Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams - Strong debugging and problem solving skills .

• Design, build, and improve software systems that support the goals of the Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture function.
• Translate product or business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Write high-quality code with appropriate testing, code review, and documentation discipline.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver reliable releases.
• Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production risks with a strong root-cause mindset.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering decisions.
• Contribute to architecture and implementation discussions with pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Break down complex work into clear milestones and communicate status transparently.
• Refactor and simplify existing code where it improves long-term velocity and quality.
• Support release readiness by validating edge cases, dependencies, and rollback considerations.
