About the Role
We are looking for a Business Architect with Scrum Master knowledge to support an AI-driven document extraction initiative. This role bridges business and technology — translating operational requirements into actionable solution scope while managing agile delivery ceremonies across the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and validate business requirements for the document extraction and downstream system integration scope.
- Map current-state manual processes and define target-state automated workflows.
- Validate that solution design and extraction outputs meet business objectives and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders, the AI Architect, and App Dev team to facilitate sign-off at each delivery milestone.
- Support definition of exception handling processes and updated manual review scope post-automation.
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the project team.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in coordination with stakeholders and the delivery team.
- Track sprint progress, identify and remove impediments, and escalate risks to leadership.
- Ensure the team follows agile practices and maintains delivery timelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
