Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational guidance and coaching to operational staff in business support units.
• Monitor workflow execution to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements.
• Conduct targeted coaching sessions to enhance team quality, productivity, and skill development.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding and structured training programs for new operational team members.
• Act as an escalation point for resolving complex operational challenges and client queries.
• Document standard operating procedures, training guides, and best practice documentation.
• Evaluate individual and team performance metrics against key business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional global teams to streamline operational handoffs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational risk, regulatory, and audit standards.
