Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the financial advisory practice to ensure seamless workflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional resolution.
• Coordinate client onboarding processes, including account opening, transfer of assets, and documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive client meeting materials, financial reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database with accurate client interaction records.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
• Schedule client reviews, manage the advisor's calendar, and coordinate practice events.
• Liaise with internal departments such as compliance, operations, and technology to resolve complex client issues.
• Process financial transactions, trades, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Track practice metrics, business pipelines, and client service deliverables to support business growth.
