This internship offers hands-on, mentor-led exposure to core asset management operations, variance analysis, and corporate reporting for students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing variance analysis, MIS reporting, and business performance tracking.
• Extract, clean, and analyze live financial datasets using Advanced Excel and proprietary financial systems.
• Prepare detailed financial schedules, reconciliations, and performance reports for senior review.
• Conduct research on companies, financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Synthesize quantitative analysis into concise summary notes and visual presentation decks for stakeholders.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal documentation standards, audit trails, and regulatory controls.
• Participate actively in team daily stand-ups, project sprint reviews, and mentor coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with the asset management finance team to identify anomalies in business metrics.
• Assist in validating data accuracy across disparate source systems and reporting pipelines.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers to continuously refine modeling accuracy and reporting speed.
• Help streamline and automate recurring reporting templates to improve operational efficiency.
