Alliance Air Aviation Limited is seeking a qualified Psychologist on a retainership basis to support aviation personnel and organizational mental health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations for flight crew, cabin crew, and staff.
• Provide confidential counseling and mental health support sessions for employees facing personal or professional stress.
• Administer psychometric tests and interpret results in accordance with aviation mental wellness guidelines.
• Develop and implement proactive mental wellness and stress management programs across operational teams.
• Offer crisis intervention and psychological first aid support during critical incidents or emergencies.
• Facilitate workshops on fatigue risk management, resilience building, and workplace well-being.
• Collaborate with the medical and safety departments to assess fitness-for-duty from a psychological perspective.
• Maintain secure, comprehensive clinical records and documentation in compliance with data privacy standards.
• Advise leadership on workplace psychological health, organizational stress factors, and support policies.
• Participate in periodic debriefings and peer support training programs for crew members.
