Alliance Air is seeking a Business Analyst to support operational data analysis, process optimization, reporting, and strategic initiatives across airline functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and commercial airline data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business reporting dashboards and performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional airline departments to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new operational initiatives.
• Translate complex business operational requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various airline management systems using SQL and Excel.
• Present quantitative findings and actionable recommendations to department leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time performance, load factor, and operational costs.
• Assist in the automation of routine data collection and reporting mechanisms.
• Support strategic planning processes by providing scenario modeling and predictive insights.
