Airbus is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Methods and Tools team, bridging the gap between business needs and automated solutions for engineering data authoring on a modern document generation and management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for document automation and digital workflows.
• Directly configure document templates, dynamic data fields, and workflow logic within the proprietary platform.
• Identify business process inefficiencies and formulate automation opportunities across engineering operations.
• Drive dynamic data integrations and digital signature workflows in a large-scale aerospace environment.
• Support digital continuity, automated archiving, and data product exposition initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and technical leads to translate business requirements into platform features.
• Validate platform configurations against regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and user training guides.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate release management activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide ongoing operational support for methods and tools.
