For our team in Bangkok, we are looking for an energetic and experienced network engineer to join our team. A positive, winning attitude, with a calm demeanor and methodical approach are essential.  

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain business operations by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of switching and routing protocols.
• Deploy and manage network monitoring tools to ensure proactive infrastructure visibility.
• Manage global geographic DNS (GeoDNS) and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
• Proactively manage day-to-day service requests and incidents through to complete resolution.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate business-impacting networking issues, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure consistent communication, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all work procedures and facilitate effective knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of network operations experience.
• CCNA or equivalent certification required, with expert-level certifications (CCIE / JNCIE) strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with dynamic routing protocols, including eBGP, iBGP, and OSPF.
• Extensive experience working in large enterprise organizations and dynamic environments, preferably with a CDN provider in the e-commerce sector.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong interpersonal skills: self-motivated, approachable, adaptable, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset: enthusiastic about delivering exceptional support to internal stakeholders, clients, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of WAN/LAN networking and modern IT technologies, including but not limited to transmission equipment, MPLS, Layer 2/3 technologies, routing and switching, network security, unified communications, server operations, performance optimization, virtualization, and cloud computing architecture.
• Solid understanding of core infrastructure and security technologies, including DDoS protection, WAF, DNS, and load balancers.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or Linux operating systems is a distinct advantage.
