Get to Know our Team:  

Supply Operations team creates and supports processes, systems & tooling to enable commercial growth through innovations and technical platforms. We are analytical, results-driven and believe in leveraging data to inform and design the operational processes & automations that scale operations.  

In this particular role of Supply Operations Lead/ Senior Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our CRM system through regular engagements with markets, understanding gaps in the system, and collaborating with both internal and external teams, the Supply Operations Lead/Senior Lead will aim towards enhance the system to better serve our users and our business needs alongside deriving insights for making better business decisions.  

In This Role, You’ll Get To: 

• Help Supply team achieve and maintain high quality of data related to pricing competitiveness with global impact 

• Lead a team of 3-5 people 

• Process optimization of existing business flows through innovation and automation to improve performance and efficiency metrics. 

• Engage with stakeholders at key teams at the HQ and across key markets in APAC 

• Constantly improve process to build efficient, smooth process. Including by ideating and developing AI Assistants 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries from regional teams. 

What You’ll Need To Succeed 

• Master degree or equivalent experience 

• Strong experience in operations management (4 years+) 

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience of independently leading mid-large scale global projects ranging of various complexity while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.  

• Technical Mindset: A genuine interest in learning about systems, tools, and logic. Previous experience with CRM systems or managing any other business tools will be beneficial.  

• Track record of team consistently delivering on productivity targets: ensure that team can meet productivity targets on regular basis, while ensuring good quality of work and quickly troubleshoot issues preventing achievement of productivity targets 

• Strong Communication Skills: Is proactive in relaying information to stakeholders. Capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience. Comfortable with both written and verbal communication. 

• Team Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage team of 3-5 people, including motivating the team, fostering professional development of team members and keeping a high level of engagement 

• Proactive and Fast-Paced: Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changes and challenges, and driving initiatives forward. Can prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.  

• Ownership Mentality: A self-starter who takes full ownership of their domain, ensuring that issues are not just identified but also resolved.
