Agoda is a global travel platform providing accommodation and travel services worldwide. This internship offers hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, and system operations supporting high-traffic production environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system administration tasks across Linux-based server environments.
• Support cloud infrastructure monitoring and health checks to ensure high uptime.
• Write basic automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for routine operational tasks.
• Collaborate with senior infrastructure engineers to troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
• Assist in maintaining configuration management systems and documentation.
• Help monitor production alerts and escalate incidents according to established runbooks.
• Participate in the deployment and provisioning of virtual machines and containers.
• Assist with network configuration audits, firewall rule checks, and access control management.
• Maintain and improve internal engineering documentation and setup guides.
• Analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks.
