Responsibilities

• Conduct credit risk evaluations and periodic annual reviews for commercial and corporate borrowers.
• Analyze balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements to assess creditworthiness.
• Perform financial spreading and calculate key debt ratios, leverage metrics, and liquidity profiles.
• Prepare structured credit review memos and risk rating proposals for credit committees.
• Monitor covenant compliance and flag potential credit deterioration or loan defaults.
• Synthesize industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting borrower profiles.
• Interact with relationship managers and credit teams to resolve financial data queries.
• Maintain standardized credit reporting templates and internal portfolio management records.
• Support collateral valuation reviews and documentation checks during the credit review process.
• Track market and company-specific news to identify early warning risk indicators.
