Key Responsibilities Own and manage cross-sell product journeys from requirement gathering to implementation.Understand business requirements and translate them into product/technology requirements.Create detailed BRDs, user stories and functional requirements.Work closely with Technology, Engineering, Business and Operations teams for product development.Define and manage UATs, test scenarios and coordinate UAT execution.Identify gaps in existing customer journeys and drive improvements for better conversion and customer experience.Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for timely delivery of product enhancements.Track product performance, customer funnel and journey-level metrics.Support automation and digitisation of cross-sell journeys across banking products.Ensure smooth implementation of new features, enhancements and system changes.
