Key Responsibilities: Lead the organization’s cloud transformation, modernization, and automation strategy across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Establish and scale the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) with standardized architectures and best practices Drive cloud migration automation, AI-enabled cloud adoption, and AIOps-driven operations Ensure cost optimization, governance, security, and compliance for enterprise cloud environments Provide cloud solution architecture leadership and enable pre-sales and delivery teams Govern end-to-end cloud delivery in a large IT services environment

• Own core deliverables associated with the COE – Cloud Transformation role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
• Bring structure, follow-through, and clarity to ambiguous or evolving workstreams.
• Collaborate respectfully across teams and use feedback to improve execution quality.
