Key Responsibilities: Build and scale a horizontal, automation-first AI, Tools & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center Operations, and Digital Workplace Drive enterprise-wide tool standardization, platform integration, and unified observability Lead AI-driven automation, AIOps, and predictive operations initiatives Enable faster delivery, operational efficiency, and differentiated managed services through deep integration of tools, APIs, and data Provide strategic leadership across architecture, automation engineering, and AI enablement Govern platforms, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability and long-term value

• Own core deliverables associated with the COE – Digital Workspace role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
• Bring structure, follow-through, and clarity to ambiguous or evolving workstreams.
• Collaborate respectfully across teams and use feedback to improve execution quality.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
