Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">2–5 years of QA experience in IT services or product development.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, and defect management.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Exposure to release management and deployment cycles.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.</li>
