Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Act as the Company Secretary for one of the group entities and ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain statutory registers, board resolutions, minutes, ROC filings, and other secretarial records.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage FEMA and RBI filings related to FDI, ODI, ECBs, and other cross-border transactions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide support for Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp;A) including due diligence, documentation, regulatory approvals, and post-deal compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with external advisors, legal consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely filings and compliance with SEBI (if applicable), RBI, MCA, and other relevant authorities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and corporate legal documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure the organizations compliance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide guidance on secretarial and governance best practices to the leadership team.</li>
