Your key responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Under the direction of the Intranet Editorial Lead, you will quality review content submitted for publication on the EY Intranet and Daily News Email, and provide constructive, specific feedback on corrections required for publication</li>
</ul>

Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the page builder team, including:

<ul>
<li>Ensuring stakeholder requests are clear and executable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reformatting content to fit Intranet page template standards (copy deck creation) and be easily applied/executed by the page building team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinating with stakeholders and team members to ensure pages are built on time according to stakeholders’ deadlines and team SLA</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure content published on the Americas Intranet is top quality, including:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Editing copy decks submitted by stakeholders to ensure content is digitally friendly, high-quality, brand-compliant and topical</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conducting quality assurance (QA) on draft pages to ensure pages are error-free and meeting stakeholder demands</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review content and suggest how best to optimize for on-site discoverability and engagement, including editing/writing page titles, meta descriptions, h-tags and body content</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Make minor edits to existing pages within the Content Management System (CMS) and have strong knowledge of the components and guidelines governing them in order to guide stakeholders on best page layout and set up</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understand website taxonomy and ensure new content is tagged effectively</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Keep projects to SLA by successfully juggling competing priorities and multiple projects</li>
</ul>

To qualify for the role, you must have

<ul>
<li>Excellent US English written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how messages may be received Americas-wide</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of digital publishing and best practices</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of internal communications strategies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working within a content management system to create outstanding digital experiences</li>
</ul>

<li>Basic photo editing and cropping skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrate exceptional project management and coordination skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>

Ideally, you’ll also have
