Key Responsibilities:

Solutioning:

<ul>
<li>Drive solutioning for complex large deals (&gt;50m USD) and Standard deals ($5M – $50M) involving multiple service lines and technical disciplines.</li>

<li>Collaborate with clients, intermediaries and internal technical authorities to build impactful solutions.</li>

<li>Define solution vision and direction, leveraging commonalities and benefits across business lines and technologies.</li>

Leadership:

<li>Lead a multi-functional team of solution architects across various domains to deliver a comprehensive, winnable solution.</li>

<li>Lead and own the estimation of the solution working with multiple service lines ensuring a winnable estimation that is aligned with the industry and organization benchmarks.</li>

<ul>
<li>Envision a transformation roadmap aligning with the strategic and tactical direction of the client.</li>

<li>Create and maintain an effective knowledge management system to support all phases of the deal lifecycle.</li>
</ul>

Client Engagement:

<li>Work with business stakeholders, Architects to identify inefficiencies in clients’ existing processes and recommend solutions.</li>

<li>Coordinate with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, change management, Delivery, pricing, transition, facilities et al) to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposal response</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Function as a primary contact representing the overall solution in all client discussions.</li>
</ul>

Required Capabilities/Skills:

<ul>
<li>BTech/MTech in Engineering, or MBA in Technology from Grade A college</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in technical delivery, architecture, and business solution development</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of technology areas like AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI, Cloud, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Tier-I professional services background.</li>

<li>18+ to 25 years’ (25+ years for SD, AVP) experience in IT Service Delivery/Consulting and Enterprise Solutions Architect roles, with at least 2 years’ experience in Digital Transformation, M&amp;A/Large outsourcing, Applications Development &amp; Modernization, or Cloud Transformation.</li>
</ul>
