1. Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for the Founders
- Prepare meeting briefs, note, and ensure follow-up on action items

- Draft emails, presentations, and business communication as required

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree: MBA preferred but not mandatory
- 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Founders Office/Chief of Staff/Business Operations role
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and operate under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and productivity tools
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
