You will be joining a dynamic Operational team that is currently a mix of Senior and Junior specialists led by a Team Lead. You will work hand-in-hand with your counterparts in the US to run the operational side of WFM Intraday, ensuring our metrics consistently meet expectations in the most optimized way possible.
- Manage workforce planning and scheduling.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize staffing levels.
- Collaborate with teams to forecast workload and resource needs.
- Implement automation solutions for efficiency.
- Utilize SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Monitor real-time operations and adjust schedules as necessary.
