You will be joining a dynamic Operational team that is currently a mix of Senior and Junior specialists led by a Team Lead. You will work hand-in-hand with your counterparts in the US to run the operational side of WFM Intraday, ensuring our metrics consistently meet expectations in the most optimized way possible.

• Manage workforce planning and scheduling.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize staffing levels.
• Collaborate with teams to forecast workload and resource needs.
• Implement automation solutions for efficiency.
• Utilize SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor real-time operations and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on operational goals.
• Support training initiatives for junior team members.
• Prepare reports on workforce performance.
