• Provide operational and technical Salesforce support to North America and Latin America Sales organizations.
• Ensure Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple Salesforce instances run efficiently.
• Support business processes with high process integrity and stability.
• Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Oversee Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features.
• Assist in training users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support team initiatives.
