We are seeking an experienced IT PMO professional with relevant experience to drive project governance, execution tracking, and reporting across multiple technology initiatives. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of IT projects through effective planning, status governance, risk management, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive PMO governance and project control activities across multiple IT projects and programs.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and publish weekly / monthly project status reports, leadership dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), MOMs, and governance trackers.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Track resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across IT teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, spend, forecast, and variance against approved plans.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO processes, governance standards, SLAs, and audit compliance requirements.
  • Support program reviews, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates.
