We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and manage the overall Human Resources function. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Human Resource Planning to align workforce strategies with business objectives
• Conduct Job Analysis and Role Design to ensure role clarity and efficiency
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws
• Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Build and sustain a strong organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations and effectively resolve workplace conflicts
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being standards are maintained across the organization
