Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and manage the overall Human Resources function. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Human Resource Planning to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct Job Analysis and Role Design to ensure role clarity and efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws.
• Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Build and sustain a strong organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being standards are maintained across the organization.
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
