- Create dialog flows and scripts for virtual assistants.
- Define intents and user journeys for conversational experiences.
- Lead conversation design workshops with stakeholders.
- Develop assistant personas to enhance user engagement.
- Deliver partner enablement activities for successful implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on NLU/NLP concepts and user experience trends.
- Gather user feedback to refine conversational designs.
- Document design processes and outcomes for future reference.
- Support onboarding and solution delivery for clients.
