Responsibilities:
- Perform operational duties including application server health monitoring.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to cloud services.
- Monitor server performance and resource utilization.
- Maintain operational documentation and incident tracking.
- Produce metric reports on production status.
- Review and resolve client support tickets under service SLAs.
- Provide on-call support during non-prime hours.
- Collaborate with teams to improve cloud service delivery.
