Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & HR Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and Regional HRs (RHRs) for various HR and recruitment activities.

  • Ensure effective communication between corporate HR and regional teams.

  • Track recruitment requirements and support hiring processes.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

  • Support the Internal Job Posting (IJP) process including posting, application tracking, and interview coordination.

  • Coordinate with external recruitment vendors for senior and critical hiring requirements.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases with accurate information.

  • Manage candidate data and update HR systems regularly.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership when required.

Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with recruitment vendors for candidate sourcing and interview coordination.

  • Support vendor documentation and ensure smooth communication with external partners.

Approvals & Compliance

  • Assist in processing vendor invoices and coordinate payments after required approvals.

  • Maintain documentation required for audits and internal compliance processes.

  • Ensure proper tracking of notes, approvals, and payment releases.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good coordination and stakeholder management ability

  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (2024–2025 pass out or recent graduates preferred)

  • Strong interest in HR operations and talent acquisition

  • Willing to work from the Bangalore Corporate Office
