Motherhood Career is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales for our Kharadi location in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empanelment of TPAs/ Insurance Companies/ Brokers/ Corporate Companies.
- Lead generation activities, including one-on-one screening with our consultants.
- Corporate engagement through webinars and camps.
- Visiting clients to provide information regarding hospital initiatives.
- Preparing, maintaining, and submitting timely MIS reports.
- Following up on leads and managing client relationships.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Monitoring sales performance and strategizing improvements.
- Training and mentoring junior sales staff.
