What you will be doing :

• Talent Acquisition.

• Talent management - hire right person for job, establish reward systems like incentive for employees, career planning

• Responsible for joining formalities i.e. - academic, professional document collection Document verification, joining report, joining kit

• Responsible for New joiner's orientation and induction

• Performance Appraisals and benefits

• Liaise with appraise and appraiser to ensure proper appraisal process. Issuing an appraisal letter aft coordinating with management

• Coordinating with Acct Department /Banks for Salary A/c opening and related issues

• Handling employee Grievances, addressing the issue, escalating to next level Identify training needs & source of training, track on improvements

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

• Sourcing & Screening resumes from various mediums.

• Filling positions within an organization.

• Performing reference and background checks.

• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.

• Developing own network of suitable candidates.

• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Following up on the interview process status

• Handling of administration and record-keeping.

• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

• Drafting and posting job descriptions.

• Interviewing candidates.

• Preparing job offers.

• Networking with various institutions and social media.

• Actively participating in Human Resource Planning.

• Good communication.

• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

• Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

• Completing timely reports on employment activity

• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

• Should have experience in Recruitment consultancy

• Working on Sales persons hiring in Pharma or medical device industry are highly preferred

Essential Requirements :

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a MBA in HR or relevant Master Degree in HR

Desirable Requirements :

• End to End Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

• Sourcing & Screening resumes from various mediums.

• Filling positions within an organization.

• Good Communication Skill

• Should have hand on experience in Recruitment consultancy

• Working on Sales persons hiring in Pharma or medical device industry
