Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring high levels of customer service.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Financial &amp; Loan Processing: Facilitate vehicle loans, manage refinancing options, and coordinate with banks or NBFCs to increase finance penetration.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Market Analysis &amp; Reporting: Analyze competitor activities (pricing, payload, product range) and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Inventory &amp; Process Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensure pricing discipline, and manage the sales process from inquiry to delivery. </li>
</ul>

Required Skills and Qualifications

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales or sales management (typically 5–8 years), with specific knowledge of SCV or light commercial vehicles.</li>

</ul>
