Key Responsibilities

<li>Define and execute growth strategies for credit card business via digital platforms.</li>

<li>Engage customers through Mobile Banking (MB) app and all digital touchpoints.</li>
</ul>

<li>Target the right customer through the right channel: Digital Channels (Mobile Banking, Net Banking, Website, Social Media), Physical &amp; Assisted Channels (Branch, Call Centers), Direct-to-Customer (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, RCS).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and execute campaign strategies across multiple channels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Leverage advanced analytics for customer segmentation and micro-segmentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Optimize campaign budgets to maximize conversion-to-investment (C2I) ratios.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor digital journey drop-offs and implement corrective campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Integrate external and internal data sources for improved targeting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Establish campaign performance metrics and dashboards for real-time monitoring.</li>
</ul>

<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business heads, product, marketing, and operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Innovate and propose data-driven solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of work experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in growth marketing or digital strategy (preferably in financial services).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of digital channels and customer engagement tactics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Power BI (preferable)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.</li>
</ul>

Educational Qualification

<li>MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li>
