Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

  • Provide data-driven insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce trends to leadership.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Lead resolution of complex employee grievances and workplace concerns within defined SLAs.

  • Drive proactive employee engagement initiatives and engagement action planning.

  • Maintain an attrition rate aligned with business targets through structured retention strategies.

  • Conduct skip-level meetings, townhalls, and leadership connect programs.

  • Oversee exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and recommend corrective actions.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Ensure timely goal setting and KRA sign-offs across levels.

  • Lead half-yearly and annual performance appraisal cycles.

  • Monitor and guide performance improvement plans and capability development initiatives.

  • Drive leadership development and high-potential employee programs.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance.

  • Enforce organizational policies including Discipline Policy, Code of Conduct, Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, and Learning Agreement.

  • Conduct disciplinary proceedings and ensure policy compliance across the unit.

HR Operations & Process Excellence

  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and role changes.

  • Ensure adherence to training plans and capability development frameworks.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless HR support across departments.

Employer Branding & Organizational Development

  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Drive change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering in BPO/ITeS/Call Center environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.

  • Proven experience in handling large employee populations (1000+ employees preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in reducing attrition and improving engagement scores.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in HR metrics and reporting.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to work onsite in Gurgaon and flexible to work in 24/7 business environments.

Preferred Competencies
