Job description

  • As a NSM Candidate will be based at Mumbai HQ handling Clinical Nutrition division covering Pan India hospital business, preferably critical care, Oncology or Nephrology for reputed Pharma listed company.
  • You will be responsible for Team Management, Sales Force effectiveness and Customer, Engagement activities.
  • You will be responsible to monitor sales activities including field work of TM /ASM / RSM / ZSM customer calls and coverage made per person per month.
  • To develop time bound development plan of weak territories.
  • To measure the effectiveness of the engagement activities through retail chemist audits conducted by TMs.
  • You will be responsible for Sales management, Customer management, Team development, Distributors management and achieve top line & bottom line.
  • You will be responsible for achieving target/ budget of sales and collection on month to month and cumulative bases.
Required Candidate profile
  • You should be Science or Pharmacy graduate and preferred MBA with 18-20 years of experience in Pharma sales handling Clinical Nutrition division covering Pan India out of which the last 2- 3 years as NSM/DGM/GM Sales handling Pan India Clinical Nutrition division in the hospital business, preferably Critical Care, Oncology or Nephrology.
  • You should good in stockiest and distributor collection of payments, launching new product and implementing targets.
  • Experience in launching new Orthopedic & Bones Segment will be an advantage.
  • You should be good in man management industry Recruitment / Selection / Training & Development of field force and management.
