Key Responsibilities

 Architecture &amp; Design

<ul>
<li> Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for ERP backend services supporting aftermarket service operations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Design scalable, high-performance solutions across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, and integrated systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and data governance</li>
</ul>

 SAP Expertise

<ul>
<li> Lead technical design within S/4HANA, SAP ECC Customer Service module and SAP CRM environments, including integrations and custom developments</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Provide architectural guidance for order management, service management, installed base, and customer support processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions</li>
</ul>

 S/4HANA Transformation

<ul>
<li> Serve as a core member of the S/4HANA program team for AMS IT</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Contribute to the solutioning, architecture, and migration strategies from SAP ECC to S/4</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Ensure data integrity, and minimal business disruption during transformation</li>
</ul>

 Technical Leadership

<ul>
<li> Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on best practices, design patterns, and code quality</li>
</ul>

 Stakeholder Collaboration

<ul>
<li> Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to align technology with business outcomes and contribute to enhancements of Global Design Model</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Influence decision-making across programs and portfolios</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications

<ul>
<li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Deep expertise in SAP ECC, knowledge of SAP CRM, including technical architecture and integrations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Proven experience in large-scale SAP transformations, including S/4HANA programs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Strong understanding of backend service architecture</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
<li> Experience in aftermarket services, service lifecycle management, or similar domains</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Service / CRM capabilities</li>
