Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration:

<li>Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and external partners to ensure mutual understanding of processes and applications.</li>

Requirement Gathering &amp; Solution Design:

<li>Lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into system solutions.</li>
</ul>

Customer Journey Mapping: 
<ul>
<li>Define and document end-to-end customer journeys to enhance user experience.</li>
</ul>

Project Coordination: 
<ul>
<li>Work closely with development teams on project planning, sprint execution, and timely deliveries.</li>
</ul>

Sprint Planning: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Product Managers for weekly sprint planning and prioritization.</li>
</ul>

Process Ownership: 
<ul>
<li>Understand business priorities and drive alignment between business processes and development efforts.</li>
</ul>

Experience &amp; Skills Required

Work Experience: 
<ul>
<li>6 to 10 years in business analysis, preferably within insurance domain</li>
</ul>

Technology Known:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">SQL</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">API Integration</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basic understanding of Java, microservices, and web services</li>
</ul>

Domain Expertise:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of general insurance products especially in property and casualty insurance </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise in at least one insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims)</li>
</ul>

Behavioral Traits:
