At Gartner, our Sales Development Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization. As an SDM, you’ll lead a team of 10+ early-career associates supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams across our Gartner Sales regions. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic outreach, managing cold calling efforts, and developing high-performing talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Program (SDP) associates.
- Drive outreach strategy and execution across new and existing accounts.
- Partner with front-line Sales leaders and quota-bearing sellers to support SDP associate pipeline generation and client engagement.
- Deliver ongoing feedback and performance management to accelerate associate growth.
- Collaborate with Sales Learning & Development to enhance training programs.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize team effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress and challenges.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
