Performance Marketing Head · Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the PPC landscape.

• Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Increase ROAS and reduce CPA across paid channels

• Scale paid media contribution to overall revenue while maintaining profitability

• Improve conversion rate and Quality Scores across campaigns

Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certified) preferred.

• 10-15 years of experience in PPC management with a proven track record of success in driving growth and optimizing campaigns.

• E Commerce experience in U K Based organisation is preferred.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising platforms, and PPC tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and reporting software.
